Employee Benefits Sales Manager

 Position Title: Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager – Sales (Employee Benefits)

 Reports to:Regional Head EB / Vice President

Experience : 4 yrs to 15 yrs.

Summary :

To join the marketing team headed by Regional Head Employee Benefits / Vice President in the Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Kolkata and Pune Region of Howden India and to enable the team to achieve growth and financial success (as measured by growth in Throughout premium, Commission income, Customer retention ratios & EBITDA/PBT) in a rapidly developing, changing and highly competitive environment. In this role the individual will be required to have a good knowledge of General Insurance Products, People skills, Business Strategy, Planning and Execution skills. The individual in this role will work in close coordination with the Regional Head / Vice President and other team members.

Responsibilities:

Sales Manager (Property & Risk Management)

Position Title:  Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager – Sales (Employee Benefits)

Reports to: VP & Head of Property & Risk Management Vertical

Experience : 4 yrs to 8 yrs.

Summary :

To spearhead Property business at the Corporate level of Howden India and to enable it achieve growth and financial success as measured by growth in Commission income, Throughout premium, Customer retention ratios & EBITDA/PBT.

In this role the individual will be required to have a exposure / basic knowledge of  Property & Engineering Products

  • Property & Engineering Products
  • Business Interruption Products (ALOP/ DSU etc)
  • Mega Risks Policy handling
  • Managing Claims
  • Excellent Communication / Presentation skills,
  • Business Strategy / Having market intelligence / Policy Renewals and having insight in the operation of account,

Analytics

 Position Title: Deputy Manager/ Manager Analytics (Employee Benefits)

 Reports to:Senior Vice President & National Head – Employee Benefits

Experience : 5 yrs to 8 yrs.

Location : Mumbai – Corporate Office.

Job Objectives/Purpose:

To join as the team member of EB Analytics Team with reporting to National Employee Benefit Head of Howden India. Work with the team consisting of Customer Facing Front End, Claim and Back End operations Team, To achieve Process orientation, Fulfil KRAs and achieve superior Customer retention ratios & efficiencies in a rapidly developing, changing and highly competitive environment. In this role the individual will be required to have a good People skills and Execution skills with knowledge of General & Life Insurance and Products. The individual in this role will work in close coordination with CRIS & Business Development Team.

Position / Business Accountabilities :

  • For being responsible for wholesome review, Interpret, analysis of collected data using MS Excel and statistical techniques to provide accurate & reliable reports to the company and its clients.
  • To maintain database, develop healthy data collection systems & sound strategies for getting quality data from different sources to use it to right place efficiently.
  • Preparing presentations, conducting research and maintaining quality of database systems.
  • For preparing various statistical reports specific to client requirement and operational performance on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by different departments of the company.
  • Maximize client satisfactions by ensuring that the client retention strategies are executed to providing quality
  • Ensure that regular client interaction schedule is set up and implemented
  • Collaborate with customer retention team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Operations Team to organize knowledge transfer of analytics
  • Help to deliver the EB budgeted revenue for pan India
  • Ensure operations comply with HBG / Howden India policy, strategy and direction
  • Support the group/company’s vision of leveraging technologies to enhance operational/business, efficiency
  • Standardization of Analytics team work
  • Ensure timely submission of report (Trend, Benchmark, Utilisation, Impact anlysis reports) with at least 95% accuracy for retention business as well as new prospect.
  • Add value to existing reports by creating new formats/ chart etc.
  • Data capture of plan design and claims for all clients
  • To perform Quality check of the reports prepared by Team Members
  • Provide training on reading & understanding data received from TPA for preparing working file of analysis.

Work with the team consisting of Customer Facing Front End, Claim and Back End operations Team To achieve Process orientation, Fulfil KRAs and achieve superior Customer retention ratios & efficiencies in a rapidly developing, changing and highly competitive environment. In this role the individual will be required to have a good People skills and Execution skills with knowledge of General & Life Insurance and Products. The individual in this role will work in close coordination with the Manager and Vertical team members.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 Position Title: : Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager

 Reports to:Senior Manager

Experience : 5 yrs to 8 yrs.

Location : Mumbai – Corporate Office.

Job Objectives/Purpose:

To join as the team member operations of Employee Benefits with reporting to Sr. Manager and Head of Operations Employee Benefit and Branch Head of the regions of Howden India. Work with the team consisting of Customer Facing Front End, Claim and Back End operations Team To achieve Process orientation, Fulfil KRAs and achieve superior Customer retention ratios & efficiencies in a rapidly developing, changing and highly competitive environment. In this role the individual will be required to have a good People skills and Execution skills with knowledge of General & Life Insurance and Products. The individual in this role will work in close coordination with the Manager and Vertical team members.

Position / Business Accountabilities :

  • Ensuring smooth function of policies serviced.
  • To ensure best of Services to the client handled
  • Preparing Service presentation based on the coverage's shared by RM
  • Attending introduction meeting once policy is renewed or newly placed with us
  • Handling queries via mail and phone for the respective corporate
  • To forward reimbursement claims of the corporates to the respective TPA for processing
  • Maintaining Claim Tracker for claim and Endorsement Tracker for endorsements data received and sent for processing.
  • Generating weekly MIS about the pending claim and sending it to clients in the format defined
  • Visit to insurer and TPA whenever required or in case of pendencies
  • Enrolment data (addition deletion data) received from client to be sent to insurer for endorsement and enrolment a monthly activity.
  • Report of pending claims, endorsement pending, MIS sent (clubbed together for all your corporates)should be shared with respective reporting manager
  • Generating Claim analysis on and before 15th of every month and sending it respective
  • Monthly visit to clients with premium more than 25 lakhs with reporting manager in the third week of every month. (Calendar of the same to be shared with Reporting Escalation levels by the end of previous month).
  • Help Desk as and when scheduled for your respective clients.
  • Updating SAIBA on policy renewed, endorsement passed and endorsement waited in the respective month.
  • Replying to queries in the defined TAT i.e. within 24 hrs form receipt of the query.
  • Ensure client set up on renewal or new business on Howden Benefit Portal in coordination with CDAT
  • Ensure endorsement updating on Howden Benefit Portal in coordination with CDAT .

 

RISK MANAGEMENT

 Position Title: : Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager

The individual in this role will work in close coordination with the

  • Senior Vice President – Property Risk & Management of the Business Vertical
  • Various Business vertical Heads at the Corporate Office / Regions / Branch Office (Liability & Special Risks & Reinsurance),

Position / Business Accountabilities :

  • Risk Inspections and Risk reports
  • Technical Support to all branches in preparation of RFQs, analysis of policies, drafting of renewal terms and discussions with insurance companies
  • Liaison with insurance companies for procurement of terms, placements & documentation
  • Independently manage large accounts in terms of risk inspections, documentations, liason with insurance companies for procurement of terms, placements & documentation
  • Portfolio analysis and presentations for new accounts – direct & branch sourced.
  • Quality check of RFQs before procurement of terms
  • Quality check of QCRs, communications with internal / external clients
  • Quality check of Policy documents and endorsements before submission to clients
  • Follow-up / Discussions with Clients and Surveyors for claims & documentations
  • Business reporting and analysis.
